职位描述(Job Descriptions)：

Description： Department: Motorola new product release and ramp at EMS in Asia region Job Responsibilities:
-Lead product transition;
-Lead process/product change management during transitions; -Ensure that EMS is meeting Motorola requirements, transition and ramp; -Ensure product safety compliance (MD only) prior to SA, ensure test systems, software and hardware are ready and production start.

职位要求(Job Requirements)：

-5-10 years working experience with Manufacturing or Engineering background; -Educational background in technology or related field; -Have Project management experience; -Have out-sourcing / EMS background; -Materials / logistic background is preferred; -Good English communication skill -SMT background is plus
